• What types of samples do you support?

  We support frozen and FFPE samples. Fresh samples are accepted in select regions only. For certain projects, on-site sample processing can be arranged to minimize handling time and preserve sample quality.

• What is the typical turnaround time?

  For single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics projects, the typical turnaround time is around 4 weeks from sample receipt to data delivery. For yeast library projects, timelines may vary and are best discussed based on the specific project scope. Expedited processing may be available for urgent projects upon request, subject to feasibility and scheduling.
